Frequently Asked Questions

What areas do you service?

We are primarily a New England based Company, but we provide service to residential customers in any deregulated state.

How will I know when you sign me up with a supplier?

Once we sign you up, we send you an email confirming your supplier, rate and term length. You will typically receive an email from the supplier also.

When will I start saving?

Your new rate will go into effect either at the start of your next billing cycle, or the following cycle. If you're too close to your next meter date (within about two weeks) it will be pushed to the following billing cycle. 

Will my utility company change?

No. You will continue to get your bill from your utility company. They are responsible for delivery of your electricity, response to outages, tracking your usage and billing statements.
